The Computex 2012 held in Taipei witnessed the launch of fascinating new products from Acer this year. The computer giant launched the all new ‘U series’ of desktops equipped with the latest OS by Microsoft – Windows 8. The complete technical specification of the Acer Aspire 5600U was released to the public by ACER representatives in the trade show.
Going further into the details, the desktop is powered by 3rd Generation Intel Core processors. The touch screen interface has a native resolution of 1920×1080 pixels. The system has support for up to 8GB of DDR 3 RAM and comes with a built-in NVIDIA GT630M graphic card which would allow you to play any latest computer game with the best possible graphics. It also has Ethernet and Wi-Fi support and comes with an inbuilt TV tuner card. The optical CD drive has been fitted on the side of the LCD screen and the HDMI in/out ports are fitted on the backside of the touch screen besides the Ethernet port and a lot of USB ports.
Acer has assured that the desktop will fulfill the needs of all your family members ranging from daily work to hardcore gaming. The new range of desktops is said to hit the market in the 4th quarter of this year.
